Service coverage may include protection against defects in materials or workmanship, battery performance below 80% of original capacity, and unlimited incidents of accidental damage. Accidental damage includes unintentional physical handling issues. Covered accessories are limited to those originally included in the same box as the K2Shop Watch. Optional theft and loss protection is available and subject to a deductible. Some claims require that you erase, disable, and transfer ownership of the device before receiving a replacement. Claim limits reset annually. Coverage is subject to availability by region, device, and model.
Water resistance ratings vary by model. Some K2Shop Watch models are suitable for shallow-water activities like swimming, but not for high-impact water sports or diving. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and may diminish over time.
Battery life depends on usage, configuration, and network conditions. Estimates are based on typical use and include time checks, notifications, app use, workouts, and audio playback. Low Power Mode may extend usage time significantly. Fast charging is available on select models.
K2Shop Watch models with GPS + Cellular require a compatible wireless service plan. Contact your carrier for availability, setup, and service terms. Cellular service may vary by model and region. GPS models require Bluetooth or Wi-Fi connection to your smartphone for features like notifications and messaging.
